  1. Subscription Plans

    EchowiseAI offers subscription-based services with recurring billing cycles (monthly or annual, as applicable). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it.

  2. No Refunds on Subscription Plans

    We do not provide refunds for subscription plan fees. All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. This includes partial refunds for unused portions of your billing period.

    By subscribing to our service, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to a refund of any fees paid, regardless of when you cancel your subscription during the billing period.

  3. Cancellation Policy

    You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

    • Immediate effect: When you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period.
    • No future charges: After cancellation, you will not be charged for any subsequent billing periods. Your subscription will not automatically renew.

  4. What Happens When You Cancel

    When you cancel your subscription:

    • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle
    • You will not be charged for the next billing period
    • You will continue to have full access to all features until your current period expires
    • After the current period ends, your account will be downgraded to the free plan (if available) or your access will be suspended
  5. Billing Cycle

    Subscription fees are billed in advance for the upcoming billing period. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will continue to have access until the end of the period you have already paid for, but you will not receive a refund for the remaining days.

  6. Upgrades and Downgrades

    If you upgrade your plan, you will be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your current billing cycle. If you downgrade your plan, the change will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and you will not receive a refund for the difference in the current period.

  7. Free Trial and Promotional Offers

    If you are on a free trial or promotional offer, you may cancel at any time during the trial period without being charged. Once the trial period ends and you are charged, our standard no-refund policy applies.

  8. Special Circumstances

    While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise.   9. Chargebacks and Disputes

  10. Payment Method Updates

    It is your responsibility to keep your payment method information up to date. If your payment method fails and your subscription cannot be renewed, your access may be suspended until payment is successfully processed.
